Folding
For precision folding we operate an eight axis CNC press brake with a pressure limit of 150 tonnes and a 3 metre capacity, good for almost any application.
Cutting
Precision cutting can sometimes require 3D models and we offer a complete computer aided design service to create precise models of every piece to be cut by our laser. We operate a CNC laser cutter and can arrange metal cutting up to a 4m x 2m cutting surface.
Finishing
Finishing is an essential stage for the aesthetic and sometimes performance of the finished piece, we offer an extensive range of finishing options including painting, plating, galvanising, powder coating and stove enamelling.
